Making sure your house is adaptable is not only common sense, but it’s a solid foundation for a savvy financial investment. Also referred to as ‘intergenerational living’, the idea of setting your home up for future use is more than just an idealistic dream – particularly with the high costs associated with moving or undergoing building renovations.
Finding the perfect design style for your home needn’t be overwhelming. With solid direction and input from your architect dream team, it should be easy to pin down the exact home design style that suits you and your family.
When you are building your home, you need a reliable team of architects to achieve home build consistency. You need the consistency of having someone – your architect – there from beginning to end (and beyond) to play the role of advisor and to corral the team.
For us at Playoust Churcher 2020 has been a time of exciting projects and helping more clients take steps towards their dream homes.
As the Sydney SEPP Senior specialists we are here to help you navigate the DA process to get the best outcome for your development.
If you have the right block of land, SEPP Senior housing developments offer a strong investment. But you need an architect who really understands how to maximise the return on your investment with exceptional SEPP design.
