Sculptured elements
Another key element of the design was the re-planning of the family room over the garage. This room was completely redesigned to take advantage of its location and the views of the surrounding area.
A new verandah was added to both the front and rear of the room, creating a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
