Originally a Spanish style residence, this project has been transformed by the reconfiguration of the ground floor and addition of a new garage and first floor.
The resulting new 3 storey contemporary residence captures extensive views of Queenscliff beach and lagoon and integrates well with an existing pool to the side of the house. A contemporary version of the timber pergola is used to temper the western sun and define the external terrace space.

Equally impressive is we had 4 individual unrelated unit owners and you and your staff impressed all four. There was never a query from any of them when it came time to pay the invoices.”
Sharon and Kwan purchased their 1930s Pymble home with the aim to renovate. The home had good bones but features such as an external laundry and narrow garage meant that the home needed an upgrade for modern family living.
