Balgowlah – Woodland St South

Expanding a 1940’s timber cottage, this project achieves light and bright new living spaces and new first floor bedroom accommodation.

The owners wish to maintain a relaxed light coastal feel, led to a synthesis of contemporary and traditional timber details. The all white colour scheme achieves a fresh and breezy feel and is given depth through the use of rich dark flooring, handrails and timber decking.
