Five townhouse blocks containing a total of 29 townhouses were developed to create a sense of individuality within the development.
The positioning of the blocks within the site maximised the outdoor amenity of each townhouse, whereby open plan living areas flow onto dual courtyards.
Similarly, the irregular shaped corner site and strict council density resulted in the five distinct blocks sitting within a generous landscape setting, thereby maintaining privacy and outlook from each block.
Efficient planning achieved an additional 3 bedroom townhouse in addition to the developers’ brief.
