Originally a Spanish style residence, this project has been transformed by the reconfiguration of the ground floor and addition of a new garage and first floor. The resulting new 3 storey contemporary residence captures extensive views of Queenscliff beach and lagoon and integrates well with an existing pool to the side of the house. A contemporary version of the timber pergola is used to temper the western sun and define the external terrace space.
